I am the founder of Reposit and I was looking for the app development companies online and found Space-O technologies.
Did you have some documents like wireframes ready or you just had an idea when you approached this company?
We approached Space-O Technologies with the idea of creating an app that helps landlords and tenants to work together in a more efficient manner and streamline the security deposit process. Space-O Technologies did all the wireframing and development of the app.
How was the first few interaction with this company, did you find anything interesting in first few interactions that helped you decided on hiring this company?
Our first few interactions with the Space-O Technologies went well. We selected them initially to do the wireframes of the app. That served as a trial run for our main project and we hired them for the complete app development project.
How did the process look like? How often were you interacting with company representatives?
Space-O Technologies created a full app from wireframe for both Android and iOS platforms. The process involved wireframing, back-end and front-end development, sign-on tools, and approval for the app on the App Store and Play store. I had a main point of contact. He took care of all the requirements and coordinated the project management. We communicated on a regular basis and they kept me updated about the progress of the project.
How involved were you in the whole process? How did company tackle changing requirements or budgets?
I was extremely involved in the entire process. There were multiple times when I came up with ideas that they made some valuable suggestions to improve it and helped me to rework it. Having informed and intelligent opinions made the experience better and the overall product output was improved. I have never faced any difficulties while working with them as the team was extremely professional and responsive.
In terms of timeline, how frequently were the milestones delivered? Were you happy with the timeline of the deliverables?
The project was delivered within the timeline. This project has created a business for us. Without it, there would be no product to sell. We wanted to create a documentation app that will help landlords and tenants work better together and streamline the security deposit process and Space-O Technologies helped us to create this app successfully.

I work for the City of Greeley Water and Sewer Department. I was looking for app development companies. After a lot of research online, I settled with Space-O due to the reviews and the fact that their site claimed that conversion of excel spreadsheets to apps was a specialty which is exactly what I needed for my project.

We used the system of specialized excel spreadsheets for irrigation audits and we wanted to create an app for performing the same customer audits. I discussed the project outline and requirements with them and they worked on them to create an app.

My first few interactions with the company went well. They had the set of skills I was interested in so I decided to hire them.
How did the process look like? How often were you interacting with company representatives?
Space-O Technologies built an app based on spreadsheet data from scratch. They designed a fully functional app with the help of spreadsheets. Kunal was my main point of contact and I communicated with him often regarding the project. I was unable to make Skype calls from my office so we talked over the phone. Kunal recommended sending screenshots as a way to communicate issues that needed to be addressed. I used screenshots with Adobe Acrobat to point and show exact issues and things really started moving forward then.

I was pretty involved in the process. I was constantly communicating with them. There was some confusion at first as the Space-O Technologies team has never worked on an irrigation audit before. But they did everything I asked for and provided the exact product I was looking for. They did all of this after starting out with no idea of my processes or what it is I do, and with a broken half working spreadsheet, which is truly commendable.
In terms of timeline, how frequently were the milestones delivered? Were you happy with the timeline of the deliverables?
The project was delivered within the timeline. The app operates and flows exactly as I had hoped! Space-O Technologies has provided us a quality product.

We released a tender to a select number of companies based on reviews and advice from colleagues. Eventually, we connected with Space-O Technologies. We spoke to them and decided to hire them for our project.

The team created the initial designs and wireframes based on our requirements. We wanted to create an app for our staffing and recruiting firm that is easy to use and has stunning UI/UX.

Our first few interactions with the Space-O Technologies team were great. We were struck by the patience and diligence they showed while listening to us describe our project. We began our partnership with them soon after.

After gathering our requirements, the Space-O Technologies team made initial designs and then built out the UI/UX of the app. They’ve implemented many useful features, including a video player. Versions for both iOS and Android devices have been created and launched. We held face-to-face meetings and bi-weekly team discussions. Communication with their team was always smooth.

We were extremely involved in the process. Our teams have worked well together, and we achieved great results. The members of the Space-O Technologies team did an amazing job on our project. They have become like an in-house development group for us. We have also built a trusting relationship with the team at Space-O Technologies. We are planning to award them another project that will cost upwards of $100,000.

The project was completed on time. We have tested the product with end-users and clients, and have received overwhelmingly positive feedback. People have been pleased with the app's advanced functionality and intuitive design.
