We have worked with Rave Infosys for many years and increased the number of services we take from them as we have grown. We initially found them because they had Magento developers that we needed.

We are a UK-based company with a decent level of in-house technical experience. We normally provide Rave with detailed specification wireframes and documents.
How was the first few interaction with this company, did you find anything interesting in first few interactions that helped you decided on hiring this company?
We had direct hep from the managing director when we first came on board. Any serious issues can still be escalated to him after nearly 7-8 years of work together.

Our team interacts with Rave on a daily basis. They are responsible for not only app design, but our hardware applications, and ecommerce solutions.

I am extremely involved in all projects.

There have been numerous slips in timescale but this is something that happens in development all the time. It is not a deal breaker for me.

Video projects are no longer about building, launching an app, and going back and doing an update every 4-5 months. Video distribution is a never-ending analysis and improvement. We wanted to get partnered with a profound company for a long-term engagement with a goal to work together to constantly revise and improve. Yes, we were having some blueprints and that we shared with Rave. However, with the continuous meeting and discussions, we completely change UI we thought before.

The quality of their work speaks for itself. We like the culture they have. They’re attached to the company and have a good feeling for the employees. It's not just a work for them; they are connected to the company. It was very structured and they were honest. They were excellent with timelines and made accurate estimations.
How did the process look like? How often were you interacting with company representatives?
We have three major components of our mobile application - Live Streaming, Online TV, and Commerce. There were five people involved - project manager, web developers, designer, two mobile developers for Android and iOS.

We work with them on an hourly basis so there was not any drastic change in the budget. They used TeamWork for time logging and I can directly assign the task from the portal. After finishing the task, the assigned developer/designer puts their hours and I bill them accordingly.

As we haven't launched the application there are no stats. However, the audio and visual quality outperforms my competitors in the niche market. It looks professional and functions as required, which are my two most important criteria. Yes, they outperformed in terms of quality and time.
